Hatha - Classes consist of Hatha based asanas (poses) that focus on
improving breathing, strength, flexibility, balance and body awareness
while maintaining the principals of alignment and safety. Classes are
for beginners as well as experienced people as poses can be to meet
each individuals needs.
Classes are scheduled to last one hour but please but allow at least an
hour and fifteen minutes. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to prepare
yourself for class. Please bring your own yoga mat, towel, and a water
bottle to class. Come with an empty stomach and an open mind and be
prepared for an inspiring workout while being relaxed, focused and be
completely in the moment.
The Studio is located above the Unique Salon & Spa. The entrance and
parking is located in the back of the building on the east side.
